Family Concert Performances

Armstrong & Aichele offer family concerts appealing to all ages, merging music, movement, mask and storytelling with stories that transcend the boundaries of race, gender, age, geography and politics. Productions sometimes include guest artists. Performances are 60-90 minutes. Inquire for technical requirements. Fees $1000-$2500 plus travel and hospitality.

Artist-in-Residence Programs

Armstrong and Aichele offer educational residencies in world music and story theatre, both individually and collaboratively. Collaborative residencies conclude with a public production by core performers incorporating student musicians and student actors dramatizing stories from many different cultures (best for Grades 3 -10). One-day introductory residency programs, as well as teacher workshops and master classes for advanced students are also available. Fees $400-$600 per day per artist plus travel and hospitality.

Genevieve Aichele - Solo

Performance: Genevieve combines classic drama and musical comedy with traditional storytelling techniques to weave tales of wonder, courage and humor for all ages. Performances can be customized to presenters’ needs — both intimate programs (solo or with accompanying musician) and family concerts (with composer Randy Armstrong) are available.

Teaching: Genevieve has worked as an Artist-in-Residence at hundreds of elementary, middle and high schools, special needs sites and community programs throughout New England. She is a roster artist with the NH State Arts in Education program and Very Special Arts NH, and served as a consultant with the NH Department of Education in developing the State Curriculum Standards for Drama.

Directing: From Samuel Beckett’s "Waiting for Godot" to "The Three Little Pigs: A Musical" to original adaptations of classic literature, Genevieve has directed children, teens, amateur adults, and professional Equity actors at theaters and community programs throughout New England.

Coaching: To business leaders, attorneys, teachers, consultants, managers...anyone who wants to improve their public speaking and presentation skills, Genevieve offers accessible techniques drawn from professional theatre and education.

Workshops: To educators and community leaders, Genevieve offers custom-designed workshops in arts integration, using theatre techniques to teach a variety of subjects, from history to science, peer theatre and conflict resolution for teens, and adapting classic literature for creative dramatization.

Genevieve is also Artistic Director of New Hampshire Theatre Project and has created a network of professional artists who are dedicated to educational theatre of the highest caliber. Solo performance fees begin at $500, plus travel and hospitality. Consulting and workshop fees are $100 per hour, plus expenses.
